The original Wireless GO only sends audio through the 3.5mm TRS port on the receiver. However, many modern computers and laptops do not have a microphone input with sufficient gain for recording or use as a microphone.
To use the Wireless GO with your computer, the easiest method is to use the RØDE AI-Micro:
The RØDE AI-Micro comes with various USB cables that can be easily swapped, enabling you to connect up to two external 3.5mm devices to any computer or device. The supplied cables include USB-C to USB-A, USB-C to USB-C, and USB-C to Lightning. Also, you can directly connect any 3.5mm external microphone to the AI-Micro without requiring an adapter.
An alternative method for connecting a Wireless GO to your computer is by using a USB Audio Interface setup, such as the AI-1 with the VXLR Pro
