The following is the Shipping Policy for the RØDE Brand Store only - Rode.com in Australia
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 10 a.m. will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. local time will begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time: Estimated transit times begin when your order is shipped, and do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders held for manual review will be delayed until the review is complete. After an order is reviewed and released it will be processed within 2 business days.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
If tracking is unavailable after this time, please contact onlinesales@rode.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
All orders are eligible for free standard shipping Australia-wide.
Free Shipping(2-7 Business Days) | Delivery is provided by Australia Post or Couriers Please. |
Australia Post Standard (2-7 Business Days) | Available on orders with a value less than $800 for an $8 fee, and free for all orders over $800. |
Australia Post Express (1-3 Business Days) | Available on all orders for a $20 fee. |
All orders with a value exceeding $800 require a signature upon delivery.
Damage in transit
If your item is damaged during transit, please notify us within five days of delivery by providing your order number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photos of the affected item(s), packaging, and shipping label. Once the damage is verified, we will work on a resolution.
Lost Shipments
RØDE is not liable for shipments lost in transit.
If your order status is 'Delivered', please check the vicinity of your home to ensure it was not dropped at a side door, lobby, or mail room, and ask your neighbours if they may have received it for you. Carriers also occasionally mark packages as 'Delivered' before they’re dropped off.
If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our Customer Service team and we will attempt to locate your package.
