If you encounter an issue where your RØDECaster Pro II or RØDECaster Duo doesn't initiate after powering on and stuck on the loading bar, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. Follow the steps below:
- Remove all cables from the RØDECaster Pro II or RØDECaster Duo and wait for approximately 1 minute. This will allow the device to reset and clear any potential issues.
- If you have a microSD card inserted in the device, remove it as well. Sometimes, a faulty or incompatible microSD card can cause issues with the device's startup process.
- Now, connect only the PSU (Power Supply Unit) cable to the RØDECaster Pro II /Duo. Make sure it is securely connected.
- Turn on the device and observe if it initiates properly. If it does, you can proceed with connecting other cables and accessories one by one to identify if any of them were causing the issue.
