You can choose to manually convert or export any .UGG and .EGG files you have saved from your Wireless GO II transmitters to your Windows or Mac computers using the latest version of the RØDECaster app.

When you plug in the transmitter to your computer, Windows Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac), the transmitter should show up as an external drive. This gives you access to the .UGG and .EGG files that hold your recordings.
How to Import .UGG and .EGG files
To import these backed-up audio files into the RØDECaster app, please see the following steps:
- Open the RØDECaster app on your computer.
- Click on the settings icon located in the upper right corner (1).
- Open the 'Local Recordings' dropdown menu (2) and choose the folder where your .EGG and .UGG audio files are stored.
Mac:
PC:
- After choosing the folder containing your recordings, a Local Recordings folder will be displayed at the top left of the app (1).
- Click on it to view your recordings (2).
- Select the files you wish to convert, then click the export button (3) to start the conversion process.
After the conversion finishes, your exported audio should be accessible from the Wireless GO II Transmitters.
